Home town gives Nixon big vote

The nation didn't go along with Yorba Linda Tuesday. But that doesn't keep Vice President Dick Nixon's home town from recording its own victory.

Totals of the seven precincts where Yorba Lindans voted are listed below. These include Yorba Linda 1 to 5, Richfield, and Yorba.

A total of 1703 voters cast ballots.

A VOTE FOR NIXON-Mrs. J. W. Walls, 80, 82 Jefferson St., has never missed a vote and she was darned if she was gong to miss this one. So she hired an ambulance to take her to the Richfield polling place and adid her duty. Mrs. Walls has had an ear infection and is not alowed to raise her head.
