Mrs. Katherine Citizen, librarian, has announced the use of a new library card in the Yorba Linda Library. The process, to begin September 16, is known as the Gaylor System.

This system consists of inserting the new type library card, with a metal plate-attached, and the book card into a small electric machine that will automatically imprint the date due and the number from the metal plate on the book card. After the book card is imprinted, the staff member on duty will place the date due card into the book. As everyone will have their own numbered library card, this will eliminate all errors.
